Rachael Gould, Medical Assistant
Rachael has been a part of our practice since March of 2005. She has been in the medical field since 2001. She is married and has one daughter and is expecting another daughter- summer 2010. She and her family reside in Madison. She enjoys camping, sports and family activities.
Dawn Gasteazoro, Medical Assistant
Dawn joined our practice in March of 2007, and has been in the medical field since 2000. Dawn is also a massage therapist at MedSpa of Virginia. She is married and lives in Amissville with her family and enjoys traveling, reading, riding motorcycles, baking and spending time with her family.
Kathy Fogle, RN, Office Nurse and Utilization Review Coordinator
Kathy Fogle has been with our practice since 1994 and is a native of Pennsylvania. She is married and has three children and 2 grandsons. She is very active in her church. Kathy is an experienced hospital nurse and previously worked in Labor and Delivery at Culpeper Regional Hospital. She enjoys reading, swimming and travel. She teaches childbirth classes in our office and is also responsible for precertification of insurance benefits and schedules surgery.
Sue MacNicoll, Medical Assistant
Sue joined our practice in January of 2008. She has five years of medical staff experience. She has resided in Culpeper for three years. She is married and has two sons. Her hobbies include sports, shopping, reading, and spending time with her family.
Cathy Smith, LPN, Office Nurse
Cathy is a native of Culpeper and is married with two grown children. She has over ten years of experience in office nursing and joined our practice in 1999. She is our telephone triage nurse and is always available to answer patient’s questions. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is active in her church.
Kecia Greene, LPN, Office Nurse
Kecia has been with our practice since 1986 and has extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She lives in Culpeper and is very active in her church. She is married and has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Patty Singleton, Receptionist
Patty joined the practice in January of 2007. She has been in the medical field for 23 years. She loves her community and has worked with numerous civic organizations including 13 years as a Girl Scout leader. She is married with one daughter who is currently in college. She loves to travel with her family.
Karen Hester, Receptionist
Karen joined our practice in 2002 and has over eight years of experience in the medical office environment. She is married and has three children. Karen loves working with people and is responsible for office scheduling. She enjoys spending time with her family and shopping. She especially enjoys spending time with her grandson.
Tina Merryman, Receptionist
Tina joined our practice in February 2010. She resides in Madison and has three daughters and two grandsons. She previously worked in the dental field for 15 years. She enjoys working with people.
Carol Morgan, Billing and Insurance
Carol has over 18 years of experience in medical billing and insurance and is happy to help you with any questions you have. Originally from Wales, she moved to the United States with her family in 1984. She lived in Indiana before moving to Culpeper in 2000. Carol is married and has three children. In her free time, she enjoys handicrafts, swimming and travel.
Peggy Stanley, LPN, Office Nurse
Peggy lives in Sperryville and is married with one grown daughter. She also has a granddaughter and a grandson. Peggy joined our practice in 2001. She has 17 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She has been in the medical field since 1989. Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and gardening.
